These terms govern use of this website. Services for clients are governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Website content, prices ("starting at") and sample calls are for general information. Sample calls are simulated, not real recordings. Final pricing is confirmed in writing.
For our first 3 founding clients, the one-time setup fee is waived when the first month is paid in advance. All new clients may cancel within 30 days of their service start date for a full refund of the first month's fee. Usage over included minutes and third-party costs already incurred at the client's request are not refundable. Service is month to month after that and can be cancelled with [30] days' notice.
Our AI assistants identify themselves as AI. Calls may be recorded. Ohio allows recording with one party's consent; callers from other states may be covered by stricter rules, so our assistants announce recording at the start of every call.
We don't promise any specific number of calls, bookings or revenue. AI can make mistakes. It is not a replacement for 911 or emergency services.
Don't misuse this site, try to break its security, or submit false information.
To the extent the law allows, this website is provided "as is", and EVS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use.
